Return Policy

KRUZZ shall provide a replacement in case of a size or style issue for your first pair, under the 100% satisfaction guarantee within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that this satisfaction guarantee only applies to your first single pair of Underwear or Bralette.

On your first purchase - If you face any size or style related issues with the first product you have purchased from us, we are happy to replace it for you with a different size or style. If we can't replace it for you, we will provide you a credit on that first product alone which will be initiated after receiving your ordered product after inspection from our Quality Check team. This is applicable on your first purchase of Underwear or Bralette only.

Please note that only the shipping charges already incurred by you while placing the order would be deducted while we process the credit.

There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items if delivered within Bangalore. In the event of replacement or return pickups, in cases that the delivery or pickup address pin code is not serviceable, you will need to arrange the products to be sent back to us at your own cost. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items. In case the delivery is not executed during all the course of attempts made by the delivery executive, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall bear the additional shipping cost of the order for the new shipment both ways (forward and return shipping charges).

For all subsequent underwear purchases, Returns are accepted within 5 days of the product being delivered and only if the products are damaged, we do an exchange. All our garments have passed the quality check and approved by our team thoroughly. After the products are returned and received at the facility and the products pass the quality check, the credit for the return will be initiated after approval from our quality team. In case the returned item does not pass the quality team's approval then the garment shall be returned to you, and the shipping charges both ways for the same shall be borne by the customer and no credit shall be initiated to the customer.

Please note that the shipping charges already incurred on fulfilling the order would be deducted while we process the Credit. The return shipping charges will be borne by us as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

In case any, or all of the products returned by you do not pass our quality check i.e. they are deemed to have been tried, used, worn or washed even once; we will not be able to process a Credit for the same. Please note, this does not include your first product tried from us for which the satisfaction guarantee includes a free replacement.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

Wrong Products Received - In the case of wrong product(s) received, please send us an email to with few images of the products received. We can either ship out the correct product(s) or pick up the wrongly delivered product and provide a Credit for the same.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return / Credit of item is made within the stipulated time frame of 5 days of receiving the products, except for availing a free replacement under the 100% satisfaction guarantee, where the time frame is 10 days. No returns, replacements or Credits will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.


Return Policy for Leisure Wear Collection


We offer 5 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge. Only if your pin code is serviceable.

Pick-up will be attempted only once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a Credit would not be provided.

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or Credit would be applicable to that order.

Please note: For exchange of products it is mandatory to submit product and invoice image. Failing to do so the exchange request will not be entertained.  


In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address: Marquee Industries Pvt Ltd No 4, 3rd Cross, 3rd Floor, Lalbagh Road, Bangalore – 560027.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount excluding the shipping charges will be added to your credit.

Please note: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a Credit (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the Credit as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a Credit.
